Spring Brook began in 1987 as an upscale campground on a rustic property with natural streams and a waterfall. After the campground opened, campers started to ask for ownership opportunities with year-round accommodations and ultimately, larger homes. In 1993, the main stream was dammed, forming the quiet 7-acre Spring Brook Lake. Now the former campground houses privately owned luxurious 2-story chalets and quaint log cabins. In 2006, Spring Brook began developing a par 36, 9-hole golf course and stunning clubhouse that contains rental properties, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, pro shop, and Sports Bar and Grill.
Dar and Juli Mor created and built the simple but fun and service-oriented campground and developed it to the only vacation home community in Wisconsin Dells. In the early 1990’s, Dar and Juli expanded their partnership with local residents Doug and Roxan Clausen. Together, they have continued to build on the idea that Spring Brook is a home away from home for its owners and visitors. As the development expanded over the last 20+ years, one thing has remained constant – Spring Brook brings families together. Spring Brook has always, and continues to be, a place where families get together and take a break from their busy lives to enjoy spending quality time with each other.
